As a mom of 2 special needs children, finding the right support was imperative. I was referred to Rikki Shanberg by one of the special needs teachers at my son's school. Right away I knew she would be able to help me. She was personable and really listened. With Rikki’s support and guidance, my husband and I have made great strides with our children. She set us up with the tools we need to navigate parenting our children. Parenting has become much easier since we started working with her and I cannot recommend her enough!

At first, I was apprehensive about in-home services. I was a little nervous about having a stranger in my apartment, but mostly because I was embarrassed about someone seeing my son “in action”. However, after the initial virtual consultation with Rikki and talking to my colleague who referred me, I was willing to give it a try. Let me tell you, I’m so happy I did. She was able to see how things really were with my special needs son and give practical advice to me and my husband. I’ve already seen a lot of improvement with my son and the way we interact with him. I don’t feel like a complete failure as mom anymore! I can’t recommend Rikki Shanberg enough!
