I offer a complimentary 15 minutes phone consultation to determine if I can meet the needs of your family. Based on this, we will discuss next steps. If I feel that I am not the right provider, I can help refer you to the appropriate providers.
Fees vary depending on the types of services your family decides on. All fees will be discussed prior to beginning services. If sessions require more or less time, the fee will be prorated.
We can not guarantee you will receive reimbursement services. However, we are happy to try to work with your insurance provider to help you get coverage.
I understand that unexpected things come up, so for this purpose each family will be given one emergency cancellation. Following this, I require 48 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule a session. You will be billed for sessions not cancelled within this time frame.
